Graduate at the State Conservatory of Padova, subsequently
he continued his studies to the International Piano Academy
in Lausanne with Fausto Zadra and with Aldo Ciccolini in Italy
and Paris, in the tradition of the great piano-school of the
past.
Winner of numerously prizes what “ The Young’s in the Art”,
“ Young Note’s”, International Music Competition in Stresa
and other prizes in National and International Competitions
he was “Soloist-Finalist” in 1994 at the “Eduard Flipse” International
Piano Competition of Rotterdam. In the same year he is invite
to take part in the in the international event “European Pianists
and the Chamber Music” for the project “KALEIDOSCOPE” of the
European community.
He has been also finalist prize winner in the “2nd International
Competition for Piano and Orchestra” of Palazzolo sull’Oglio
(BS) dedicate to Beethoven’s Piano Concerts.
An intense concert activities has product himself as soloist
and chamber musician in Italy (Bergamo,Brescia,Ferrara,Rovereto,Siena,Verona,
Vicenza,Roma,Napoli,Treviso,Venezia,Cesena,Mestre,Trento,Padova,Abano
Terme, Riva del Garda,Lecco,Como,Milano...) and abroad (Netherlands,
Spain, Suisse, Turkey, Belgium) in International Piano Festivals
(Rotterdam Piano Festival, International Mediterranean Festival,
CRR International Piano Festival ) and prestigious Concert
hall’s (“Chigi-Saracini” Hall in Siena, Concert Hall “De Doelen”
and Municipal Theatre in Rotterdam, “Cemal Resit Rey” Concert
Hall and Symphony Hall in the Ataturk Cultural Center of Istanbul,
“Mocenigo Palace”, “Albrizzi Palace” and “Mirrors Hall” in
Venice, Municipal Theatre in Ferrara, StateZaal in Dordrecth,
etc…) always receiving warm acclaims from the audience and
specialized press who wrote about him “...Achille Gallo Is

di Bergamo” )
He has performed with various Orchestras (Istanbul Devlet
Symphony Orchestra, “Gaetano Donizetti” Symphony Orchestra
…) under the conducting of Pietro Mianiti, Josif Conta, Rengim
Gokmen.
He has recording several CD’s (one completely dedicate to
the Chamber music of F. Chopin) for the Italian Label “PHOENIX
CLASSICS” (www.phoenixclassics.com) as soloist and chamber
musician with the TRIO CHOPIN (Ligresti, Ispiola, Gallo) receiving
flattering appreciation from the international press (CD CLASSICS,
DIAPASON REVUE, NOTE NET, THE VOICE ) and regularly transmits
in Italy and Europe from the majors International broadcasting
Radio Stations.
He his founder and Artistic director of the Abano Terme International
Piano Competition “Fausto Zadra AWARD”.
